MBC teaches and believes:

  1. The Bible is the inspired Word of God, inerrant in the original manuscripts and is the final authority for faith and life.
  2. We believe in the Triune God, eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit, co-eternal in being, co-equal in power and glory and having the same attributes and perfections.
  3. That the Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, became man and died on the cross for our sins and was raised from the dead on the third day; and that all who trust in Him as personal Savior are saved and their sins are forgiven.
  4. That the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Godhead who convicts man of his need for salvation; and that at the moment of salvation, He baptizes him into the Body of Christ and seals him unto the day of redemption.
  5. That all who placed their faith in Christ are kept by God’s power and thus secure in Christ forever. It is the privilege of all believers to rejoice in the assurance of their salvation through the testimony of God’s Word.
  6. That God is sovereign in the bestowing of spiritual gifts and that the gifts of evangelists, pastors and teachers are for today.
  7. We believe in the “Blessed Hope,” the personal, imminent, pretribulational and premillennial coming of the Lord Jesus for His redeemed ones and in His subsequent return to earth with His saints to establish His Millennial Kingdom.

This is a brief summary of our doctrinal position. In summary, we are a church that believes the Bible is the authority and foundation of life.
